Stop by Hilltop Café for our monthly wellness feature- Food for Your Well Being.  This second series in February will be highlighting the benefits of incorporating more plant proteins in your diet.  We will be incorporating plant protein in some creative ways in some of our stations in Hilltop Café as well.

Celebrate National Chili Day in Hilltop on Monday Feb. 27.

We finish our celebration of African American Heritage Month by celebrating Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras on Tuesday February 28 from 11:00am-1:30pm and 5:00pm-7:30pm in the Hilltop Café.  We will feature some of New Orleans Creole culinary influence- Shrimp and Grits, Po' Boys, Jambalaya, Greens, Cornbread and other favorites at our popular stations.
