African American Heritage Month- Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras

We finish our celebration of African American Heritage Month by celebrating Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras on Tuesday February 28 from 11:00am-1:30pm and 5:00pm-7:30pm in the Hilltop Café. We will feature some of New Orleans Creole culinary influence- Shrimp and Grits, Po’ Boys, Jambalaya, Greens, Cornbread and other favorites at our popular stations.
