In observance of Ash Wednesday and Lent we will be offering meatless and fish menus on stations in Hilltop during lunch and dinner beginning Wednesday  February 14 and every Friday until Easter Sunday.

Celebrate the Year of the Dog during the Lunar New Year Celebration in Hilltop Cafe on Friday February 16 from 11:00 am-1:30 pm.  We will be serving  dim sum appetizers, spring rolls, and many more of your favorites on our popular stations.

Join us in Hilltop Cafe on Wednesday February 21 from 11:00-1:30 pm to look at ways to incorporate the healthy benefits of plant proteins in your diet. We will be offering menus at several of our stations that incorporate plant proteins for you to taste or sample.
