Celebrate Mardi Gras or “Fat Tuesday” in Hilltop Cafe on Tuesday February 13 during lunch and dinner in Hilltop Cafe. We will highlight recipes from New Orleans and continue the celebration of Black History Month by looking at the Creole Coast and its influences on the culture and cuisine for us today.
