African American History Month

Join us in Hilltop Cafe during the month of February during lunch and dinner as we honor Smithsonian’s 19th museum, the  National Museum of African American History & Culture, and featuring inspired recipes from it’s on- site restaurant, Sweet Home Cafe. We will featuring menus from four geographic regions and around the globe.  Look for menus from the Creole Coast, the North States, the Agricultural South, the Western Range, as well as from the African continent, and Caribbean islands.
